I first saw Nessie in the short film Et Eksempel: Dem på Gulvet, and she left a powerful impression on me, I remember getting goosebumps. When she applied for the role in Dreamscape, I immediately felt a strong connection with her. She has a rare ability to evoke intense feelings and energies that resonate deeply, and her performance was so compelling that I reworked the script, merging her original character with another to give her a larger, more nuanced role.
Throughout the shoot, Nessie brought Lauren to life with visceral intensity, uncovering the character’s complexities in a way that felt authentic and raw. Her dedication extended beyond her own performance; she also served as a mentor to our leading actor, David, who was making his acting debut. Nessie's warmth and energy transformed the set, creating an atmosphere of excitement and inspiration for everyone involved.
As a director, I felt she was incredibly intuitive, understanding and translating my vision effortlessly. Nessie’s talent is just remarkable.

Nessie delivered and went completely beyond my expectations in every aspect. Nessie is a very experienced and well-educated actor. She is the most prepared and co-oporative actor I have worked with in a long time. Nessie shows up with very well thought through ideas for every single word in the script as well as being completely open to change and new interpretations. This makes it for me as a director super easy to work with her. She is professionally strong on the psychological areas which makes it easy to quickly walk her through complex scenes. She is also a great listener. Give her a microscopic (dialogue or technical) instruction and she’ll take it and aim bullseye on timing and delivery almost every time. She is always positive and never complains. She’s a passionated actor, which also shows in her willingness to go to extremes when a shooting requires it. She is very open, collaborative and nice to work with. I highly recommend you see a casting from her, I sure will again in future projects.

When I was urgently in need of an actress in May 2019, I found Nessie to be extremely professional and easy to get in contact with. She was quick to send relevant references and info needed, which made her casting process very streamlined.
During shootings I experienced a delightful form of co-orporation and excellent communication with Nessie. My work process is based on me being able to use my actors as sparring partners, so it doesn’t work for me to have an actress on set that is just a nodding puppet, which Nessie in no way is. She had excellent emotional inputs which all together made our product a great deal better.
